Guess who just spent an entire hour on the treadmill? Heck, yeah. I feel close to death. I kept my heartbeat in the range of 140-155 by going 2.2 mph at a 6.5° incline (more or less–I kept making slight adjustments). Yeah. A whole freakin’ hour. Oh, hey, guess what?
